What this is

ShowWhen is a free tool that turns your Google Calendar's busy/free pattern into a public, shareable availability page at showwhen.app/u/<your-handle>. It's provided as-is, without any warranty.

By signing in and connecting your Google account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy .

Your account, your calendar

You must be the legitimate owner of the Google account you connect, and you must have the right to share its free/busy pattern publicly. Don't sign in with someone else's account.

You can disconnect at any time from your Google permissions page, or by deleting your account from the ShowWhen dashboard.

What you can't do

• Use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate someone.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download other people's public availability pages.
• Reverse-engineer, abuse, or attempt to bypass the rate limits or caching layers on our APIs.
• Reserve handles you don't intend to use, or squat on handles matching well-known names or trademarks.

We can suspend or remove accounts that violate any of the above, with or without notice.

Service availability

ShowWhen is a free service, run on best-effort basis. We don't guarantee uptime, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. If we shut the service down, we'll give reasonable notice and let you export or delete your data first.

ShowWhen depends on the Google Calendar API. If Google rate-limits, deprecates, or otherwise changes the API, parts of the service may stop working.

Limitation of liability

ShowWhen is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service — including missed meetings, scheduling errors, or anything else downstream of the availability data we display.

You're responsible for double-checking your real calendar before committing to plans based on what your public page shows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally — when we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged in the dashboard. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
